Envases is a company of the Hinojosa Group, one of the leading Spanish manufacturers in corrugated cardboard production. With more than 70 years of experience in the industry, Hinojosa Group is constituted by thirteen companies spread across Spain. Based in a strategic position near Cordoba, Envases Rambleños boasts an excellent reputation in the processing of corrugated cardboard.
With this new investment, Envases plans to strengthen its position in the field of the production of high graphics printed boxes, given the increasingly competitive market. The demand for high-graphics printing led Envases to invest in a 6-colors HD printer off line with stacker.
Thanks to the 6-colors and to the HBL configuration with quick set-up during the production, Envases aims to optimize productivity and minimise job changeover timing. All printing units are equipped with carbon chambered doctor blades and automatic wash-up systems, together with anilox rolls produced by Simec and specifically selected for high graphics printing. The quick anilox-changeover system allows to have up to 3 anilox rolls per unit, 1 in working position and 2 on deposit. To complete the high tech configuration, Envases chose 6 Celmacch drying systems, IR & hot air, for the production of coated paper.
The whole machine boasts the latest generation of Siemens electronics to achieve the highest printing accuracy and reliability in the long term.
Celmacch is proud of the trust that increasing numbers of leading companies have been showing toward its innovative products. This provides a significant stimulus for improvement and a constant development of the latest technology.
