This top-of the-range model is equipped with the latest technology, in order to drive customer productivity higher and higher and to achieve the best print quality ever, which are primary goals for lots of companies. The New Celmacch Chroma RDC 2100 2400 2800 is a fixed units high board line rotary die cutter. The machine was designed to have the highest post-printed quality and a perfect die-cutting precision. Thanks to the true servo direct drive technology and the vacuum sheet transport system, the RDC achieves maximum register accuracy. The high board line and the open machine architecture enable operators to set the machine while it is running without stopping production. The die-cutting accuracy is surprising and the independent servo drives give the operator the possibility to easily finetune the dimensions in case of tooling errors. The drives automatically adjust the speed of the anvil cylinder to compensate for the new diameter after grinding.
