Koenig & Bauer Celmacch has been active in the design and assembly of machinery for flexographic printing and corrugated cardboard transformation for over 40 years. Today it is among the leading companies in the development of high definition flexographic printers and rotary die cutters. We are a young, dynamic and expanding reality. The company is facing the transition from a small company to a medium-sized structured company. This is why we are looking for people who want to approach us proactively.
We are looking for a junior warehouse logistics officer. You will be placed in the office warehouse/logistics under the direction of the office manager.
What awaits you:
- Checking suppliers' schedules;
- Entry ddt records of material goods;
- Interface with forwarding agents for preparing export documents;
- Preparation of documents for material output;
- Entering stock picking list closing movements;
- Recording of inventory counts;
- Verification and maintenance of master data with information on shipments (returns, customs codes);
- Verification and control of stock deviations between the various management systems;
What we require:
- Technical business school diploma or three-year degree in economics;
- At least 1/2 years' experience required;
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems, preferably SAP (Business One);
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Good interpersonal skills.

To expand our staff, we are looking for a technical figure who will support the manager. You will be placed in the customer service office under the direction of the head of the office together with two others.
What awaits you:
- Responsible for the correct execution of the line installation from delivery to the the customer until acceptance;
- Organising the shipment of the machine;
- Establish and direct the different phases of the installation in the time and manner established by the contract and company procedures;
- Organise, plan and monitor the activities of the installation team;
- Go on site to supervise the start of the installation when necessary;
- Prepare adequate reports to update the customer on installation and testing;
- Management of snag lists, problems, non-conformities, etc. with related dispatch of parts parts and/or implementation of improved techniques.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to supervise the supply of all components necessary technical intervention to solve customer problems
What we require:
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar);
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in the role or as a transfer manager;
- Fluent English;
- Strong problem-solving attitude, excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach customer;
