We are looking for a junior warehouse logistics officer. You will be placed in the warehouse/logistics department under the direction of the office manager.
What awaits you:
- Verification of suppliers' schedules;
- Interface with forwarding agents for preparing documents for export;
- Preparation of documents for material exit;
- Entering closing movements of stock picking lists;
- Recording of inventory counts;
- Verifying and maintaining master data with information on shipments (returns, customs codes);
- Verification and control of warehouse variances between the various management systems;
- Registration of incoming goods material ddt;
What we require:
- Technical business school diploma or three-year economics degree;
- At least 1/2 years' experience required;
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems, preferably SAP (Business One);
- Basic knowledge of English;

What awaits you:
- Study for the placement of machinery in customer facilities (Layout);
- Analysis of the customer's production process;
- Direct relationship with the customer for gathering the necessary information;
- Direct liaison with suppliers for installation of purchased peripherals;
- On-site visit to customer for space and footprint verification;
- Site analysis for installation issues;
- Technical support to the sales department for the preparation of offers;
- Designing packing list layouts;
- Drafting of technical documentation for layouts to be sent to the customer;
- Availability to carry out a half-day trial.
What we require:
- Technical diploma (mechanic / surveyor);
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in the role;
- Thorough knowledge of 2D cad + 3D cad (preferably Solidoworks);
- Willingness to work in a team;

- modify and develop PLC, HMI and motion software on the basis of requests for updates and new applications received from management and the mechanical design office;
- collaborate in the commissioning of machines on site and in their start-up at the end customer;
- Collaborate in technical support and troubleshooting by connecting remotely to installations and, if necessary, directly to the end customer.
What we require:
- Technical diploma or degree in electronic engineering;

- Thorough knowledge of Siemens STEP 7, Wincc, Simotion Scout and TIA Portal software;
