Who we are:
Koenig & Bauer Celmacch has been active in the design and assembly of machinery for flexographic printing and corrugated cardboard transformation for over 40 years. Today it is among the leading companies in the development of high definition flexographic printers and rotary die cutters. In 2022 Koenig & Bauer AG (Germany) and Celmacch srl (Italy) join forces to strengthen and consolidate their presence on the corrugated cardboard market.
We are a young, dynamic and expanding reality. The company is facing the transition from a small company to a medium-sized structured company. This is why we are looking for people who want to approach us proactively.
We are looking for a junior accounting/administration clerk. You will be placed in the administrative/accounting office under the direction of the office manager.
What awaits you:
- General accounting records and related periodic deadlines (Lipe, duties, taxes, cash)
- Payroll registration and related models;
- Management of payments and collections;
- Active and passive invoicing in collaboration with colleagues;
- Support for staff time recording;
- Ensure the preparation of budget data;
- Collaborate with the company's management control;
- Support and management of subsidized finance;
- Support in the drafting of treasury forecast reports.
What we require:
- Diploma in business technical expert or three-year degree in Economics;
- At least 1 year experience required;
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems, preferably SAP (Business One);
- Knowledge of basic English;
- Good relational skills.

- Direct entry into the company for a fixed term of 1 year aimed at permanent entry;
- RAL between 26,000 and 32,000 euros. Metalworking CCNL;
- Working hours Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm with 30 minute flexibility;

- No smart working;
